Like all other companies, Escali Digital Scales has had some rough experience. Throughout the years as they were growing, they had times when they were consistently back-ordered on certain products and also even had a complaint against. However, as they have grown in popularity and in size, they have increased their company quality. The BBB has rated them in their top category, “Satisfactory” and they have only had 1 complaint in the last 36 months.
As to the quality of the scales they produce, none is better. Escali Digital Scales base their design of scales off of 5 fundamental principles: quality, accuracy, value, functionality, and design. While not all of their products meet every criteria they have set nor are perfect in our eyes, they have done a decent job of making them user friendly, easy to use, and also fashionable. The Primo Scale comes in 13 different colors to assure that it will meet almost any color scheme. Most other products come in a fashionable and modern looking style that will only accent the room it is in.
Finally, Escali Digital Scales offers an exceptional warranty on their scales. Most consumer scales come with a 5 year warranty that covers defects or if the product just stops working. We have found Escali to uphold this warranty very well and with few exceptions. Some of the more advanced professional scales come with a 1 year warranty this is equal to the consumer warranty except with a shorter time.
